If you believe you have found a vulnerability affecting Venora AI or this website, please tell us before disclosing it publicly.

Where to report

Email security@venora-ai.eu. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, contact contact@venora-ai.eu and reference a security report.

What to include

A description of the issue and the affected URL, endpoint or component.
Steps to reproduce, including request details where relevant.
Your assessment of impact, and any suggested remediation.

What to expect

We aim to acknowledge reports within five working days and to keep you informed while we investigate. We do not currently operate a paid bug bounty programme.

Coordinated disclosure

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before publishing. Do not access, modify or retain data that is not yours, and avoid testing that could degrade service for others.
